Registering for an account
To create an account with Fertalyze, simply create a new account using your email and a secure password , and then verify your email address through a confirmation link sent to your inbox. Once your email is verified, you can log in to access the full range of sperm analysis features and insights.
Although Fertalyze does not require a credit card to create a free account, you must upgrade to a premium subscription before analyzing your first sample. Pricing details are listed on our website.

After you log in, your dashboard will help you manage the following areas:
- Placing an Order: You can view previous orders or place new orders easily by selecting and purchasing our services.
- Shipping & Receiving: You can track shipping information in near real-time and get updates about the status of your orders, following delivery progress.
- Analyzing Your Samples: After we receive your samples, our team analyzes your samples at a validated independent 3rd party lab, delivering precise results so you can make informed breeding decisions.
- Notifications: Throughout the process, your dashboard will show you timely and relevant notifications so you stay up-to-date on key events, such as sample receipt, analysis results, or order status changes.
- Historical Invoices: Your dashboard will show your historical billing practices, with detailed invoices and easy access to payment history, making financial management straightforward without needing to call our support team.
- Managing Subscriptions: With 24/7 access, you can manage your current subscription, including options for upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations or view estimated monthly billing based on your usage.
Placing an order
To place an order with us, simply select the services or products you need and follow the easy checkout process. Once you've completed your order, you can upgrade your subscription at any time through your account settings, choosing the plan that best fits your needs.
